I hereby authorize Stockdale & Associates Ltd. to classify and file my curriculum vitae (CV) as well as any all personal data and information as they appear on my CV into its database. It is to my knowledge and permission that my CV and any information pertaining to my CV, shall be used exclusively by Stockdale & Associates and for the sole purpose of identifying an employment opportunity (which may or may not correspond to my qualifications) in relation to one or more specific positions assigned by one or more of its clients.
In doing so, Stockdale & Associates Ltd. acknowledges that it shall not (unless explicitly permitted by my self) under any circumstances disclose, distribute and or discharge my personal data and or information as provided on my CV, or any part thereof, to any third parties (aside from its clients), and for no other purposes, but for the search and identification of an employment position. Stockdale & Associates Ltd. is relieved of and dismissed of any liability arising from any disclosure, distribution and or discharge of any of my personal details and information made by its clients to any third party. Furthermore, Stockdale & Associates Ltd. is also relieved of and dismissed of any and all liability from any grievance which may be caused or suffered by my self from the use of my CV regarding employment, expected employment or non-employment by one or more of its clients.
I hereby assume all responsibilities in regards to the validity and accuracy of the contents of my CV and state that I consent to the classification and filing of my CV into the database and use thereof. I acknowledge that Stockdale & Associates Ltd. has no specific obligation whatsoever, but rather the sole discretion for the decision, regarding the use of my CV and the entering of any and all information pertaining to said CV into its database. |
